Roger Purdie
 With over 25 years in the Information Technology industry, Roger has been involved with support, tactical and strategic level issues relating to the provision of quality IT services. He has spent time working in mining, oil refinery, systems integration, consultancy and training businesses.
Roger has participated in major infrastructure projects in many countries and has worked in account management and leadership roles. Being a certified ITIL Expert, a qualified ISO20000 Consultant and the ITIL v3 official reviewer, Roger is an experienced ITSM professional with a focus on customer service, ITSM and Best Practice Methodologies.
Jack Wong
 With 20 years' experience in the IT field, Jack has 10 years' hands-on experience on ITSM. A certified ITIL Manager and an accredited ITIL trainer, he has deployed ITSM projects in large corporations, government bodies and tertiary institutions. He has also involved in developing carrier-grade network and infrastructure managment solutions and has offered consultations on security services to universities, banks and manufacturers.
He was the ITIL Manager for the government's largest-ever Wi-Fi deployment project and has won computer magazine's Best Managed Services - Gold Award for 3 consecutive years and Best Secure Networking - Gold Award in 2008.
Samson Yue
 IT professional with 20 years' experience, Samson has worked for major financial institutions in the past 13 years. His involvement has been mainly on strategic planning, operational and process improvement, project management and system integration.
Samson has worked in a wide variety of IT projects with focus on investment technology and system and has assisted companies in designing and implementing large scale IT systems to tackle business issues including technology change and regulatory requirements.
